The renovation of the Julis Romo Rabinowitz Building and the Louis A. Simpson International Building (formerly 20 Washington Road) repurposed 200,000 square feet of space to bring together academic and administrative areas.
The project divided the space into two complementary zones, each with a distinct architectural identity.
Extensive interior renovations preserved the historic character of the exterior and key interior spaces, while LITEFLAM XT60 was integrated into the light wells to usher natural light deep into the structure—all while meeting strict fire code requirements.
